Within this complex project, the main constructions that were designed were the following:
• Passenger Terminal
400/hour capacity, with the possibility of doubling the capacity, depending on the needs
Height regime:
basement + ground floor + mezzanine + first floor, with a maximum height of 18.95 m;
Surfaces:
Built-up surface: 6438,14 sqm
Developed surface: 32229,73 m²
• Cargo Terminal
Height regime:
ground floor + 1st floor with a maximum height of 10.15 m
Surfaces:
Built-up surface: 3268 mp
Developed surface: 4398,71 m²
• Aircraft Hangar
Height regime:
ground floor + 1st floor with a maximum height of 19.15 m;
Surfaces:
Built-up surface: 2329,7m²
Developed surface: 2430,9m²
At the Client’s request, the project developed over two stages.
Originally, the passenger terminal was designed for a flow of 1 million passengers/year, with the possibility of expansion in the future to a flow of 2 million passengers/year.
The expansion will be achieved by adding two bays on each side.
