Project description:

The Bucharest – Fundulea Motorway sector represents the first sector of the Bucharest – Constanța Motorway, an integral part of the priority project 7 of the TEN-T network, which crosses Romania from West to East, on the direction of Nădlac – Arad – Timișoara – Lugoj – Bucharest – Fetești – Cernavodă – Constanța. The Bucharest-Constanta Motorway connects the capital to one of the most important commercial centers of the country, the port of Constanța being the second largest in Europe.
